We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy for room bookings.
7 Days or More Before Check-in: 100% Refund (minus 5% processing fee).
3 to 6 Days Before Check-in: 50% Refund of the booking amount.
Less Than 72 Hours Before Check-in: No Refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI) within 5-7 working days.
In the event of natural calamities, government lockdowns, or other unavoidable circumstances preventing travel to Tirupati, we may offer a full refund or a free date change.
